Section 238
Don't give false reports
(1) In accordance with the law, a person licensed to perform laboratory tests (pathological tests) of human blood, urine, or feces shall not give a false or false report or give a report stating facts different from those obtained from the test.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) On the basis of the report under sub-section (1), the person giving such report shall be considered guilty if someone dies or is maimed while consuming, consuming or consuming medicine on the basis of the report as per sub-section (1).
(4) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (3) shall be punished in the same way as if he had died, and if he had been mutilated, he would be punished as if he had been mutilated.
